Tschüss Hamburg - Hello Chicago: 12/2012

Letzte Woche hatten wir in der Firma "Holiday Grab Bag". Wie das funktioniert könnt ihr aus der Einladung entnehmen, es ist eine Art von Julklap . Wir hatten ordentlich viel Spaß und eine Menge leckere Sachen zu essen. Ich bin mit einem Geschenkkarton "Canadian Club" nach Hause gegangen. Zwar wird jedes Jahr wieder darauf hingewiesen, dass wir keinen Alkohol kaufen sollen, aber daran wird sich nicht gehalten und es sind i. d. R. die beliebtesten Geschenke. :-) Von mir gab es einen Gutschein für einen Kinobesuch und noch einiges an Süßigkeiten. Passend zu Weihnachten die Popcorn Holiday edition "White Chocolatier Peppermint". :-)

HOLIDAY GRAB BAG

Who: ALL DG Employees/Contractors/Interns

When: THURSDAY, December 13th

Where: Executive Briefing Room

What: Grab Bag & Snacks
(please bring a dessert or appetizer to share)

Time: 2:00 p.m.

Grab Bag Rules:

If you plan to participate in our grab bag, bring a new, wrapped gift valued between
$15 and $20 to the Briefing Center Non alcoholic gifts are appreciated!!!!

Write your name on a provided slip of paper, fold it and place it in the basket.

At 2:00 p.m. we will draw a name to see who will choose the first gift.
That person picks the first gift, opens it, and then chooses the next name.

That person will then have the opportunity to steal the first gift or choose a new one.

If a gift is stolen, the person who lost their gift is then allowed to choose another gift.
They can steal from another person (except from the person who just stole from them) or pick
from the remaining wrapped gifts.

A person can only be stolen from two times, then they keep their next gift.
This continues until all gifts are opened, stolen, or kept.

NO participant can refuse to be stolen from, unless they have been stolen from two times.

Please plan on participating, it's always a fun time!
